Oishi

This is the first time I have ordered so many sushi on the table. As we seldom go to have japanese food with so many people at the same time, we never able to find so many different types of sushi.
We have ordered more than eight different types and we enjoyed that so much.....yumyum..
There were sashimi , crispy crab sushi, eel sushi, deep fried sushi rolls...etc...love all of them at Oishi....hehe

2 metres long

It is not often to have a long pizza. Most of the time that we find is round shaped. There is a famous pizza shop at Park road that serve rectangle pizza. You can order it as a 50 cm , 1 m or 2 m pizza with different flavours.
Last night, we ordered a two meters pizza and nearly finished all. There are around 5 different flavours combined and so yummy. I like the mushroom one the most but the anchovies one is a bit too salty for me. I gave up and let Tao finished it...hehe..

Makeup brushes ~

Brushes are very important for having a good make up. I found that different brands, ,texture, bristles and intensity of hair can lead to a very different finish on the same products you use.
I remember someone has said a good set of makeup brushes can last you for a lifetime. Now, I believe that and I decided to invest in good makeup brushes. You feel so comfortable (just like heaven )when a soft , smooth brushes touch on your face. Maybe you think I exaggerate the words, but you know what I mean if you need to have make up everyday.
I have around 16 brushes right now. Most of them are Bobbi brown and Mac. I bought some cheap brushes before but they could not last long and all I still kept are the quite expensive one.
Eye:
Bobbi Brown Ultra Fine Eyeliner- is one of the favourite of Bobbi brown's collection. It is very fine and great for using eye liner gel. You can draw a finely pointed line easily. Also, the bristle is soft and it is gentle to use on your eye. It is a must item.
Bobbi Brown Eye Liner Brush- This is a fine brush to put the eye shadow on a small area. The BA recommended me to draw eyeliner from eye shadow. The brush is soft and easy to control. But I can say it is not a must item for just normal day out make up.
Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow Brushes- It allows you to put on the right amount of shadow on your eye lid. It is soft and you can use it to build up the intensity of the colour. Very easy to control.
Bobbi Brown Concealer brush- it is important to get a concealer brush as it is not easy to use your finger for small area or some spots. Also, when you have acne, it is better to put the concealer with a clean brush as your fingers may have a lot of bacteria which may intensify the break out.
Mac 239SE Eye Shade Brush- this is a brush I got from the Hello Kitty Collection. It is a brush for putting eye shadow. I use it for putting cream shadow as I do not want to use one eye shadow brush with all different texture eye products. It feels so weird...
Chanel #24 Small Tapered Blending brush- I love this brush so much. I wonder how come I cannot find it on the official website now. I got it last year when I went to tried their new products. It is a pointy , soft brush that is great for blending colour on your double eye lid. Super good to do a gentle smokey eye.
Blush:
The body shop blush brush- I heard it is great and I got it as it is not very expensive. The bristle is very soft but not very good in pick up the colour. I use it when I want to put a small area of blush on my cheek.
Bobbi Brown blush brush- I love this brush as it is soft and great on pick up the colour. I use it all the time with my Benefit blush. It is a perfect size for my cheek .
Mac 187SE Duo Fibre Brush- also one of my Hello kitty brush collection. I found the look weird when I first saw it. However, I love it after I tried to use it with Nars Blushes. The colour of Nars blushes are very intense and you may put too much when you accidentally pad it too hard. I like to use this brush as you can slowly build up the colour and still enables you to have a soft touch, a natural look.
Also, you can use this brush for liquid foundation, powder foundation and pressed powder. It is so multi-use that you definitely need to keep one on your dressing table.
Mac 109 SE small contour brush- also from Hello kitty selection. As the size is small , I use it for highlight. It is great for highlighting forehead, nose or chin.
Mac Contour brush: It is a angled contour brush that can easily creates shades on your face. I use it every day as my face is rounded. It is good to put on bronzer under my cheek to create some shadow. This brushes has helped me a lot in blending to colour and make it soft and natural.
Guerlain powder blush- it is a luxury product as it is not cheap. The bristle is not as soft as most of the powder blush. It is beautiful as a decoration brush.
Bobbi Brown powder blush- It is a very soft doom shaped brush. It allows you to put on the powder easily. One bad thing is it shed. I always get to pick up the bristle left on my face which annoyed me.
Foundation :
Bobbi brown foundation brush- Great brushes to put on liquid foundation as it gives you a very soft finished.
Armani foundation brush- I got with together with my Armani foundation but I find it not as good as described. Not very easy to blend it the foundation on the face and leaves clear stripe after that.
Lancome foundation brush- One of the best foundation described by a lot of blogger. I just got it few days ago and will try it soon. The bristle is similar to the one of Bobbi Brown. Hopefully it will not disappoint me.

Life must go on

I have so much to complain these days. Most of them are regarding to jobs and this made me always angry. But angry does not help to solve the problem, life must go on no matter how angry I am at this moment. Anyway, I bless myself with good luck.

Protect under Sun

It is so important to protect your skin under the strong sun in Australia. It is essential not only to keep our skin free of freckles and aging , it also helps us prevent sun cancer. Even though I dislike go under the sun and try to prevent it, there is no way to stay away from sunlight.forever. Ultraviolet (UV) is found in sunlight that damages our collagen fibers and ages our skin. So, we have to put on sunscreen that can block both UVA and UVB.

Previously, I did not put on sunscreen but I stick with it as a routine after I found small freckles around my cheek area years ago. I had three different sunscreen for different occasions.

Ipsa:
The
Protector day shelter is a sunscreen base for make up. It is SPF 30 with PA +++ , gives me a very good protection under sun. It is a very light texture screen , even like watery and slides on skin without any heaviness. It can maintains the moisture in your skin for eight hours and you do not need to afraid it will dry your skin. As it is so light, there is no feeling for greasiness. Also, the product comes with a pump preventing to get messy. It is 300 HKD , just a pump, you can use all over your face. I like to use it when I need to wear make up out and stay out for a whole day.
Lancome:
The small tube at the middle is the lancome UV expert SPF 50 PA+++. I got the sample size because it is all sold out in SaSa. This is also one of the best sunscreen I have ever used. It has high protection and still very light. It does not create white mark on your face and does not feel greasy. Although it does not as light as the Ipsa Protector day shelter, the SPF is higher and it is best for outdoor activities. When I know that I will be under sun for long without the possibility to stay in shades, this sunscreen is my best choice. I can use it alone or as base before makeup.
Mecca:
Mecca hydrating sunscreen is a mild protector for your skin. It is SPF 30+ (you cannot find a sunscreen over SPF 50 in Australia). I like to use this as a short day out or in cloudy days. The protection is not high compared to the other two mentioned above. It is a hydrating suncreen with pomegranate extract , hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E. It is also leaves no white marks and weightless. The texture is similar to the Lancome UV expert but your face will be a bit oily after four hours. So, I use it when I out for a short time or indoor. This sunscreen is 45 AUD with 300g. I always use it on the neck for daily use. For such a big bottle, it definitely can last you for more than half year, really a great bargain.

Sweet Heart

This is the chocolate brought by Tao on the business trip from Hong Kong. I am happy to receive such a nice Godiva chocolate box. This is the first time I receive such a luxury chocolate gift..hehe...
I love it as it has two of my favourites -White chocolate and Dark chocolate. I do not know why I like these two extremes , but milk chocolate is never my priority.
Thanks Tao for the nice sweet gift.

What is fair..?!

After working in the company for two weeks, I know more about the company and the boss. I also understand what is unfair.

I am sorry to hear a lot of bad things happened on the colleagues. Not to have time to have lunch, not going to have paid on time, no supernannuation. There is a lot unethnical things the boss has done which I cannot accept. Honestly I feel bad not to able to tell the truth but also feel so angry at myself because I am like helping the evil.

However, I could not quit because of some issues. I still need to stick to this unhappy job. I hope I can get a new job as soon as possible. I am not a ambitious person...I just want a stable life.
