Thinly sliced sugar cured salmon with warm creamed truffle potato gratin






Roasted duck served with Jerusalem artichokes , broccoli and cassia sauce

Creme Brulee

Montrachet- one of the best French restaurant in Brisbane. Tao booked the restaurant weeks ago and we were able to eat a nice dinner there yesterday. We ordered degustatioin menu. It is a nice restaurant with great food. I quite love it . Of course compare to the Quay , I still think the Quay is better , but I did have a nice dinner there..
