Celebration lunch @ Wasabi

Tao brought me to Noosa Head which is located at Sunshine Coast. He booked a nice Japanese restaurant named Wasabi. We started driving before 10am and arrived at the restaurant at 12 pm. It took us around 2 hours to drive from home to Sunshire coast.

Wasabi is located along the Noosa River at Quamby Place. The decoration is modern and clean , you will feel very comfortable sitting there with the nice river view. Luckily, we got the seat just next to the window and could see people riding their boats.

We ordered the a lot of sashimi and they all tasted super fresh ....yummy. I especially liked the King prawn salad. The prawn were so tasty with the combination of the avocado. I did not like avocado most of the time but I really like that in this dish. So I took most of the avocado and left Tao with just small amount.

Celebration @ E'cco

E'cco is always my favourite restaurant so Tao decided to have my birthday dinner there. I love the variety of dish and the service there. Although it is pricey, it is still worth it. Luckily we booked weeks before as it was full on Saturday.

For the entree , I always picked the Field mushroom as it is one of the signature dish at E'cco. The grilled mushroom was well marinated with a thin layer of cheese on top. There was a soft toast with olive paste underneath the mushrooms. I usually hate to eat soggy bread as it tastes so awful to me but I am okay with this soft toast. It is not soggy but soft , tasted great with the sauce from the mushroom.

Tao had the lamb's brain as it was the special that day. I did not try it as I seldom eat organs. He said it was very nice ....um...not my cup of tea...

I had the salmon as main. It smelled so delicious when the dish was placed in front of me. Later, I found that the salmon was wrapped with a very thin layer of prosciutto . I did not notice until I ate it. The chef wrapped it tightly and you will though it was the skin for the fish. I like the salmon very much as it was still soft and pink in the middle. One of the best cooked salmon I had ever taste. The black bean were very delicious also.

Tao had the swordfish as the main. The fish was not salty at all and still remained very soft. He said that it 's not common to have swordfish as main and he loved it..hehe...

We always had great time and great food at E'cco. I am looking forwarding going there in the future.

Mimco boots

I finally get the delivery from Mimco. I saw a pair of boots weeks ago in David jones but were all sold out when I wanted to buy it last Friday. So, I decided to take a look on the Mimco website and found that it was still available for my size. And it was much more cheaper to get it online. The price is around $100 cheaper compared to the shop and it was still $80 cheaper including the postal fee. So, I decided to buy it online as I can save quite a lot . (I am not sure if it is the same to all products or just some particular items)

I love the package also. Each shoe comes with its own shoe bag to have more protection. Mimco always have its own cotton bag for its products so the leather can be kept longer.

I get the Apocalypse boot which is classic biker boot with some studs on the side. There is a buckle strap which you can alter according to your size. I will leave it to be a bit loose so it looks more edgy. hehe....I guess I will wear it with more casual outfit.

Cookie with his new red clothes

Cookie has finally able to wear his new clothes. It was too hot before and I kept his clothes in the closet. Now, it is getting cooler and I let him wear one of the thinnest clothes. It is a red t-shirt and it looks really good on him. Now, he will come to us once we are holding his clothes. I guess he really likes wearing it.

Also, he likes to sleep on the blanket now. Sometimes, Cookie will just sleep there for a whole day unless you treat him with some food. What a lazy dog.

Classic Japanese TV drama

I msn Joeny last night and we talked a lot about Japanese drama. It was very popular to watch Japanese TV drama when I was studying primary and secondary school. We mentioned a lot of those shows and I suddenly wanted to watch them again.

On top of my list is Tokyo Love story 東京ラブストーリー . It may not be a happy ending but it's the reason to be so memorable.

o..stress again

I feel a lot more relax lately after I quited the job. No more stress from the poorly organized boss , so I feel a lot better lately (my stomach no longer felt pain once I woke up and my face is recovering from the acne scar...)

I believe I made a right choice. But I am stress from finding another jobs at this moment. Not much good news received yet but hopefully I can able to get one by end of July....hehe..

Make up at Guerlain

A BA from Guerlain called me two weeks before and asked me whether I am interested in a facial treatment. I decided to try it again as it was pretty nice last time. So I went yesterday and realized the appointment was next week. The BA decided to give me a make up free of charge.

The make up took around 1 hour and it was very nice. She spent a lot of time on my eye make up and lip. The look is a bit heavy..good for a night out but I really like the nude lip because I always try to do it but never succeed. (The final result will always like a sick patient from hosiptal. ) When finished, she told me there was 15 per cent discount on all make up as the Mother's day promotion. I decided to buy the lip products and the mascara.

I bought the lip pencil in Cupidon 00. It is great to outline the lip and use it as the base colour. It helps to create a base colour for nude lip. I have quite reddish lip so I need to put on base for before I put a light colour lipstick. Some people would like to use concealer on and then put on the nude lip stick. It is better to use the concealer stick ....thick consistent enables it to stick to the lip.

Lip Rouge in B01 Blondie and the Kiss Kiss gloss in 841 is a great combination for doing a nude lip. The lipstick has a very nice and elegant package. There is a mirror within and you can wear it easily anywhere anywhere. Although the lipstick look a bit red, it is a light pinkish colour on my lip. Then you can put the nude gloss on top....a perfect match.

I also bought a two brush mascara. I bought the violent colour as it is so gorgeous. It looks black but can see a bit of purple colour under the light. I have not bought mascara other than brown for ages but I decided to have this. Also, this mascara makes my eye lashes look curvy and full. The small brush is great for the low lashes.....another elegant package too...

Honestly, I also wanted to buy the eye shadow and the eye liner...but..I have bought enough for a day....should remain a clear mind

NARS duo blush and bronzer

Nars highlighting and bronzing blush duo is one of the best product. Orgasm is a universal blush that nearly suitable for all people especially with fair skin. The peachy pink colour enables you to have a natural glow. Laguna is another favourite product from NARS. It is great for contouring your face. The colour is very sheerand you can build up the colour easily. It is good for beginner as most of them usually swab too much colour in one stroke. For using the laguna, you can create shades naturally.

5 years ~~~

I have been using this computer for five years since I came to Australia. I like using IBM as it is do durable. However, it has come to the end of its life. I wanted to throw it away but Tao said that I should take the hard drive out in case someone can get my data from the computer. So, he tried to ripped it apart (I guess his favourite activity). He has spent around two hours to separate all the parts. Feel so sorry to rip the computer like that...but it is the only ways to throw the computer ........to prevent any information being stolen ...
